Denise J Charles is a relationship coach, counselor, writer/published author, magazine columnist, teacher, performance poet, artistic director, wife and mother; the quintessential renaissance woman with her hands in many pies. Her first book “Your Baby is Coming Now Push: The Book About Pregnancy Which is Not About Pregnancy” deals with the issues of personal goal-setting and the pursuit of passion in the midst of obstacles.

Her newly released book “How To Have Mind-Blowing Sex Without Losing Your Brain!” is a candid, no-holds barred commentary on sex and sexuality and is available in e book format from Amazon’s kindle store. Denise holds a Masters Degree in Education, is a qualified counselor, trainer of trainers and has done numerous developmental workshops with educators and trainers. She and her husband Gabriel have also worked extensively with couples and singles on the issues of sex , relationships, marriage and family. They are the founders and Directors of Better Blends Relationship Institute, a counseling and training entity as well as an on-line forum which focuses on empowering relationships.
